The holidays are near, which means only one thing to devout Costco homemakers...the release of the Costco cookbook. If you are currently reading this and do not already have Smart Cooking The Costco Way in your possession, chances are slim you'll still be able to obtain one.

The commitment Costco makes to the annual release of their cookbook is inspiring, all pages are high gloss and any given book is approximately a half-inch in thickness.

 Currently, I have Creative Cooking The Costco Way (2005), Cooking in Style The Costco Way (2006), Home Cooking The Costco Way (2009) and of course Smart Cooking The Costco Way (2010), all in mint condition. The 2007 and 2008 cookbooks were, to say the least, elusive.
